  • If the recipient is not available, we may leave the flowers with a neighbor or at a secure location, unless specified otherwise.

4. Substitutions

In some cases, specific flowers or containers may be unavailable due to seasonal changes. We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value to ensure your order is delivered on time, keeping the overall style and color theme intact.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled or modified at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Once the arrangement has been prepared or dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
